v0.13 - The Small Update

v0.13 - Added 60% Scale Option, Separate Invis Mode High Scores, Bug Fixes (Settings Imports & High Score Resets)

This update lets you play on a smaller window mainly only useful is your monitor isn't big enough to support standard, other than that I wouldn't recommend using the smaller window. Graphics are slightly worse and at least for me while testing / debugging, I found the smaller graphics annoying for lookahead but it could just be that I'm used to the normal size, idk. Still I think this was important for accessibility.

Invisible Mode now has its own in-game high scores, it's still supposed to be kind of a secret mode but I do want to make sure it's polished and this felt necessary.

Bug Fixes: Settings Imports work a lot better behind the scenes, and high scores no longer reset in a specific situation that hopefully no one ran into anyways.

(I don't want to turn on the smaller scale by default, but if you can't navigate to the option in-game because of your screen size, you can open the settings.txt file and change Scale from 50 to 30.)
