v0.09 - Settings Update

This version has no gameplay changes, but I've completed overhauled the settings menu.

Settings will now remain constant between opening and closing the game.

Control schemes are now fully customizable. You can't rebind two keys to the same input and only basic keys are recognized.

Piece symbols are now customizable in-game and will be saved along with your settings.

I've also gotten rid of any non-essential hotkeys except for debug mode, which is now accessed with the `/~ key. This is so it doesn't interfere with any custom control schemes.

You can use the debug mode to access a hidden option to reset all options to their default value.

I fixed a few bugs the most notable being the negative timer bug from the last version of the game.
