v0.07 - High Scores Update

High scores are now working!!

The scoring system has been updated to fix the level up score problems.

Pushdown now awards points, and those points ARE multiplied by the level multiplier, except for Hyper where you can't pushdown.

I updated the input display sprites and started working on an options menu. (Press 'O' to see that.)

Pencils have been flipped back over, now that solid pencils aren't in the game.

Also the window is resizable. None of the sprites change yet but you can go full screen now if you want to. I'll try to make dynamic sizing available in a future update.
