v0.12 - Extra Row / Leaderboard Reset

I've added another row to the board.

I'm adding one more row to the board because having just a tiny bit more time to think makes the game more fun and it also allows more pushdown points as well. (My initial thought is that having too big of a board would make stacking too easy but with the random nature of the piece coloring it should be okay.)

And in order to combat the time it'll add to the game I'm also changing the level up thresholds from 25, 50, & 100 lines cleared to 30, 60, & 90 lines cleared. (More time for lower speeds to play, but ultimately less lines until hyper mode.)

I've added a Game Manual to the links page of the options menu.

I've added a Countdown to the start of the game. (Skippable with the reset key if you want.)

Pausing now hides pieces, this is mainly added to make pause buffering a less viable strat on hyper speeds. It's still really good and I don't want to encourage it, but not really too much I can do without completely ruining a possible casual experience where pausing is needed for non-exploitative reasons.

And some more bug fixes in regards to last version's changes. I kind of added invisible mode without much bug testing, but no one downloaded v0.11 anyways so it's cool.
