v0.08 - SFX Update


-This version has a working options menu. I took out most of the keys I was using for the options before this but you can still use 'H' for changing the difficulty and 'Q' to go to debug mode if you want. Access the options menu with 'O' on the main menu (or with 'P' or 'ESC'). The menu shows options for game modes and controls but these aren't changeable yet.

-I've changed the way pieces are made. They now pull from a sprite sheet. Which allows for easily uploading your own pieces by editing the game files. I plan on making this doable in-game but for now having a placeholder sprite sheets is a decent start.

-I added a dark BG for the grid. While none of the sprites for the pieces currently use this to its fullest, I think it'll be helpful for making different color schemes possible in the future.

-I added some basic sound effects to the game: piece hitting the floor, line clear, speed up, and game over. I don't think these are going to be the sounds I use in the final version of the game but I wanted something for now and I think it really improves the vibe of the game from the intense quiet it had before this.

-I fixed a bunch bugs, the biggest ones being the annoying merge bug is now gone (technically it's super rare and only a visual bug now but good enough), entry delay is fixed (which will give me time for a line clear animation at some point), games played after a reset can no longer start with two pieces at once, and I finally got around to fixing the timer when the game is paused.
